This announcement applies only to Electrical and Electronics Engineering students!
Students who completed their summer internships must comply with the following rules when submitting their internship logbooks and internship registration slips:

All completed pages of the internship logbooks must be signed and stamped by the company's authorized engineer.

Internship logbooks and internship registration slips must be prepared in accordance with the procedures and principles provided in the link provided. (Click here for the Internship Logbook and Internship Registration Slip Preparation Guidelines.)

Internship registration slips must be submitted in a sealed envelope and must be submitted with a seal, signature, etc., on the envelope's opening.

Internship logbooks will only be accepted with a wet signature.
Internship logbook and internship registration slip submission dates: Monday, October 6, 2025, to Friday, October 10, 2025, between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm, by the Res. These will be returned to İbrahim Ethem YILMAZ (office C3-04, Laboratory Building). Notebooks returned elsewhere will not be accepted.
NOTE: Internship course grades will be announced via the OBS system during final exam week. Students who are deemed eligible for an interview will be notified via email and OBS. Students who fail to appear for the interview or are deemed unqualified will be graded as FAILED in the relevant course.
