Compulsory Internship Applications Must Be Made Through OBS
For all departments within our faculty, mandatory internship applications will now be submitted online through the Student Information System (OBS), starting with the Summer Term of the 2025-2026 Academic Year.

📋 Application Steps and Important Considerations

Filling Out and Preparing the DocumentThe "Applied Training Application and Acceptance Form" must be filled out and signed by the student, and then signed and stamped/sealed by the authorized person at the company where the mandatory internship will be completed.

Uploading the Document to the SystemThe signed and stamped/sealed "Applied Training Application and Acceptance Document" must be scanned in PDF format and uploaded to the system via the "Student Internship Procedures" page on OBS.

Document PreservationThe original, signed copies of the "Applied Training Application and Acceptance Form" (and the "Mandatory Internship Agreement at the Company," if applicable) uploaded to the system must be kept by the student.

Submit the DocumentStudents whose mandatory internship applications have been approved must submit their signed application documents, along with their "Internship Logbook," to the Department Secretariat in person after completing their internship, receiving a signature confirmation in return.
✅ Tracking Application Results
Internship application approval status can be tracked via the "Student Internship Procedures" page on OBS or through notifications sent to the email address registered in the system.

Important: Result lists will not be published separately on the departments' websites.
