Doktora yeterlilik sınavı için öğrencilerin 4 ana ders kitabından sorumlu olacaklardır. Yazılı sınavda en az %80, sözlü sınavında en az %50 oranında bu kitap içeriklerine bağlı kalarak soru sorulacaktır.

  • Intoduction to Theory of Computation (Michael Sipser)
  • Computer Organization and Architecture (William Stallings)
  • A Modern Intoduction Probability and Statistics (F. M. Dekking et al.)
Yukarıda verilen konulara ek olarak Bilgisayar Mühendisliği müfredadında olan konulardan da soru gelecektir.

01.11.2019 tarihinden itibaren doktora programından mezun olmak için SCI, SCI-Expanded veya SSCI indeksli en az bir makale yayınlamış olma (DOI numarası almak yeterlidir) şartı sağlanmalıdır.


For the doctoral qualifying exam, students will be responsible for 4 main textbooks. At least 80% of the written exam and at least 50% of the oral exam will be based on the contents of these books.

In addition to the topics given above, questions will also come from the topics in the Computer Engineering curriculum.

As of 01.11.2019, in order to graduate from the PhD program, it is required to have published at least one article with SCI, SCI-Expanded or SSCI index (DOI number is sufficient).
