Students who write "Ret" in the results of the Internship Workplace Eligibility Evaluation must submit a different Applied Training Application and Acceptance Document for internship. As the evaluations are completed, they will be added to the results.

Students who want to do a compulsory internship that extends into the semester must complete and submit a signed petition to the department secretary by wednesday of the week before the internship begins, pledging to use their right to be absent from all classes they are registered for when classes begin. The letter of commitment will not be provided for compulsory internships extending into the fall semester for which the commitment form has not been submitted to the department secretary, and the relevant internships will be automatically rejected. In addition, students who start a compulsory internship extending into the fall semester without submitting the signed commitment form to the department secretary will have their internships deemed invalid.
