Important Change: Due to the lengthy evaluation processes in TUBITAK (The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkiye) 2209-A Research Project Support Programme for Undergraduate Students applications, starting from the 2026-2027 Academic Year, (regardless of the status of registering for Graduation Project I/II courses), senior year graduation project studies must begin as of the fall term of the 3rd year.
All our 3rd and 4th-year students are required to fill out the Advisor Suggestion Form in accordance with the principles stated below, in order to determine the faculty member with whom they will carry out their projects:
- Graduation projects can be carried out in teams consisting of 1, 2, or 3 students.
- For projects to be conducted with multiple students, it is sufficient for the form to be filled out solely by the team leader.
- In line with the student workloads of the faculty members, advisor assignments may also be made outside of the preferences indicated in the form.
- For students who do not specify an advisor preference or fail to fill out the form, an advisor will be assigned by the Head of the Department.
It is of great importance that you review the form carefully and fill it out with complete and accurate information.
