About Handing Over the Internship Documents (2026)

The unsigned digital version of the internship reports must be uploaded to the Student Internship Documents Form within 15 days at the latest from the course start date specified in the 2026-2027 Academic Year Fall Term Undergraduate Academic Calendar, and within the same period, the internship documents (application and acceptance form, bounded internship report, and internship evaluation receipt in an envelope) must be hand-delivered in person to the Department Secretary in exchange for a signature.

2026-2027 Fall Term Internship File Upload and Document Submission Deadline: Monday, October 5, 2026

Among our students who perform their internships extending into the Term and cannot upload to the Student Internship Documents Form because their duration has ended, those must send the unsigned digital version of their internship reports as a file to halilis@karabuk.edu.tr within 15 days at the latest from their internship end date (by adding student number, first and last name information and declaring that their in-Term internship has ended) and must hand-deliver the internship documents (application and acceptance form, bounded internship report, and internship evaluation receipt in an envelope) in person to the Department Secretary in exchange for a signature.

(This form applies to all internships completed within the last year whose grades have not yet been determined.)

Important Notices:

  • All internship reports are evaluated for plagiarism. In accordance with the decision made by the Department Applied Training Commission, the internships of students whose reports are found to contain copied content will be deemed unsuccessful.
  • The “Internship Evaluation Receipt” (The envelope must be sealed and signed by the workplace!), the “Application and Acceptance Form”, and the “Internship Report” must be hand-delivered in person to the Department Secretary in exchange for a signature. Internship documents must strictly not be sent via cargo or mail.

Regarding Students Whose Only Remaining Course(s) for Graduation is/are Internship Course(s):

If our students who could not graduate solely because they failed the Internship I/II course(s) complete their internships, their internship documents will be evaluated early, regardless of their eligibility to take the single-course make-up exam. If they are successful as a result of the evaluation, they can pass their internship courses by the Department Board Decision without losing a year.

Our students who are in a position to graduate because there are no other courses they need to pass if they pass the internship course(s) must send the unsigned digital version file of their internship reports to halilis@karabuk.edu.tr within 15 days at the latest from the internship end date (by adding student number, first and last name information and declaring that they are eligible to graduate) and must hand-deliver the internship documents (application and acceptance form, bounded internship report, and internship evaluation receipt in an envelope) in person to the Department Secretary in exchange for a signature.
