If your department course's Final exam and your ÜSD Final exam conflict, please fill out this form. TAKE THE FINAL EXAM of your department course. The exam dates and times of your DEPARTMENT COURSE will be checked with the ÜSD exam for which you could not take the final exam due to conflict, and if there is a conflict, only your ÜSD Final exam will be made up. There will be no make-up for the Final exam of your department courses. Make-up for the final exam is the Make-Up Exam.
