“Applied Training Application and Acceptance Document” and “Vocational Training in Business Contract” must be submitted to the Department Secretary at the latest 15 days before the start of the course specified in the 2023-2024 Academic Year Fall Term Undergraduate Academic Calendar (Deadline: 29 January 2023 Monday). Vocational Training in Business documents should never be sent by cargo/mail.
- It is not compulsory to take the Vocational Training in Business course. Students who want to take this course can only take it in one semester, or students who don't want it can't take it at all.
- Students can start their practice after receiving approval from the Department Applied Trainings Commission. Vocational Trainings in Business started without the approval of the commission are not valid.
"Applied Education Application and Acceptance Document" and "Vocational Training in Business Contract" must be submitted to the Department Secretary by Monday, 29 January 2023 at the latest, in order to be submitted to the Departmental Applied Trainings Commission.

NOTE:
Final year students who have courses with lower attendance requirement cannot take these courses together with the Vocational Training in Business course. Since these students have to take the remaining courses first as per the regulations, they can take the Vocational Training in Business course in the next semester, provided that there is no similar situation. Students who fail the courses that do not require attendance can take the Vocational Training in Business course if their credits are sufficient.
