“Applied Training Application and Acceptance Document” and “Vocational Training in Business Contract” must be submitted to the Department Secretary at the latest 15 days before the start of the course specified in the 2025-2026 Academic Year Fall Term Undergraduate Academic Calendar (Deadline: Friday, August 29th, 2025). Vocational Training in Business documents should never be sent by cargo/mail.

It is not compulsory to take the Vocational Training in Business course. Students with a cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 2.50 or higher can take this course in just one semester, or students who do not wish to take it may not take it at all.

Students can start their practice after receiving approval from the Department Applied Trainings Commission. Vocational Trainings in Business started without the approval of the commission are not valid.
"Applied Education Application and Acceptance Document" and "Vocational Training in Business Contract" must be submitted to the Department Secretary by Friday, August 29th, 2025 at the latest, in order to be submitted to the Departmental Applied Trainings Commission.

NOTE:
Final year students who have courses with lower attendance requirement cannot take these courses together with the Vocational Training in Business course. Since these students have to take the remaining courses first as per the regulations, they can take the Vocational Training in Business course in the next semester, provided that there is no similar situation. Students who fail the courses that do not require attendance can take the Vocational Training in Business course if their credits are sufficient.
