⟾Students who want a document to be signed by the department committee can download this file.
⚠️ Students who will both attend summer school and do an internship must start their internships after summer school (i.e. on Monday, August 18, 2025). When calculating the internship end date, official holidays should be excluded and the internship end date should be determined as 20 working days. The internship end date may differ depending on whether the workplace works on Saturdays or not.

Insurance starting documents for internship can be obtained through e-government. After writing "4A Statement of Entry and Exit for Employment" in the search section of the e-government system, you can obtain the relevant document by clicking on the create document button on the right side of the place where Karabuk University is written.
Private Sector companies paying fees to the student who does internship will receive incentives from the University:
In order to benefit from the state contribution of private sector businesses within the scope of the Law on Vocational Education No. 3308 and the Procedures and Principles laid down on the basis of this law,

A copy of the Signed Contract,

The Receipt of the fee determined in the contract and deposited into the student's bank account,

Monthly Check Chart (Attendance Schedule) completed and signed by the responsible employee of the student [The company's own attendance schedule will be used.],
must be submitted to the "Applied Training Insurance Deposit and Course Fee Affairs" unit of the Faculty of Engineering Deanery Office by the business or the student at the end of the internship. No payment can be made for applications made with missing or irregular documents.

Contract for Compulsory Internship in Business If work place wants a contract, this document will be filled.
NOTE: The company will not be paid in case of missing the documents in the Contract for Internship or missing the fields in the Application and Acceptance Document.
