Students who are working or have worked in a job related to their program of study may apply to have the learning gained at the workplace counted towards their mandatory internship, provided they document the duration and title of their employment. The following documents must be submitted to the Department Secretariat for this purpose:

The adaptation committee, which rejects incomplete or procedurally incorrect applications, only conducts measurement and evaluation procedures for candidates it deems suitable.
Government Incentives for Private Sector Companies
In accordance with the Vocational Education Law No. 3308 and the Procedures and Principles issued based on this Law, in order for private sector businesses that pay intern students to benefit from state subsidies, the following documents must be submitted by the business or the student to the "Applied Education Insurance Payment and Course Fee Payment Affairs" unit of the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences Dean's Office upon completion of the internship.

- ✅Bank Receipt for the Fee Stated in the Contract which is Deposited into the Student Account
- ✅Monthly Check Chart (Attendance Schedule) Completed and Signed by the Responsible Operations Officer [The attendance schedule determined by the company will be used.]
