Vocational Training in Business Applications Must Be Made Through OBS
📖 Applications for Applied Training via OBS

From the 2026-2027 Academic Year onwards, all applications for applied training (voluntary internship, compulsory internship, vocational training in business) in our department will be made online through the Student Information System (OBS).

You can access all the documents you need when applying for applied training through OBS via the links below:

📋 Vocational Training in Business Application Steps and Important Considerations

The "Applied Training Application and Acceptance Document" and the "Vocational Training in Business Contract" must be uploaded to the OBS Internship Procedures page at least 15 days before the start of classes as specified in the academic calendar.

  • The "Vocational Training in Business" course is not compulsory. Students with a GPA of 2.50 or higher may choose to take this course for one term; those who do not wish to take it may choose not to take it at all.
  • Students can begin their vocational training in business after receiving approval from the "Student Internship Procedures" page on OBS. Applied training conducted without system approval will not be considered valid.
1
Filling Out and Preparing the Documents The "Applied Training Application and Acceptance Document" and the "Vocational Training in Business Contract" must be completed and signed by the student in duplicate (one copy for the department and one for the company) and then signed and stamped/sealed by the authorized person at the company where the applied training will take place.
2
Uploading Documents to the System The signed and stamped/sealed "Applied Training Application and Acceptance Document" and "Vocational Training in Business Contract" must be scanned in PDF format and uploaded to the "Student Internship Procedures" page on OBS.
3
Document Preservation The student must keep the original, signed copies of the "Applied Training Application and Acceptance Document" and the "Vocational Training in Business Contract" uploaded to the system for subsequent in-person submission.
4
Submitting Documents If the application is approved, the student must hand-deliver the submitted application and contract documents containing wet signatures, along with their "Practice Report," to the Department Secretariat in person, against signature, after completing their vocational training at the workplace.
✅ Tracking Vocational Training in Business Applications
The approval status of vocational training in business applications can be tracked via the "Student Internship Procedures" page on OBS or through notifications sent to the email address registered in the system.
