Advisor Preferences

Advisor Preferences (Graduate) – Department of Mechanical Engineering

Students enrolled in the Karabük University Institute of Graduate Programs, Department of Mechanical Engineering, who will submit advisor preferences should complete the advisor selection process via LEOS (Graduate Education Automation System).

In this regard:

Log in to the LEOS system using your user credentials.

From the menu, open the “Select Advisor” screen and fill in the required fields to choose your advisor preference(s).

After completing your selection, submit your request via “Confirm / Send to Advisor”.

Once finished, check that your request has been created in the system and the process has been initiated.

Faculty Members’ Research Areas

Before making your advisor preference, you can review faculty members’ research areas via UNIS.

Workflow Charts, Training Videos and Guides

You can also access workflow charts for graduate procedures, as well as LEOS training videos and user guides, via the Institute of Graduate Programs   website.
