Faculty of Engineering Laboratory Building

• The "Laboratory Use Request Form" (you can access it by clicking here) must be filled out and signed in accordance with the laboratory, day and time information for which a reservation is made.
• Application results will be emailed to students within one week. Applications from students who submit applications on public holidays or without an appointment will be rejected without being evaluated.
• Students may begin using the General Purpose Laboratory after receiving approval from the Faculty Laboratory Coordinator. The General Purpose Laboratory cannot be used without the approval of the Coordinator.

Applications are now open for students wishing to use the General Purpose Laboratory located in our Faculty's Laboratory Building. The application steps are as follows:

• You should review the "General Purpose Laboratory Request Workflow Diagram" (you can access it by clicking here) to obtain preliminary information about the application process.
• You should review the "Appointment Making Guide" (you can access it by clicking here) to obtain preliminary information about the use of the appointment system.
• To make an appointment, you must visit the website "muhlab.setmore.com" (you can access it by clicking here), specify the available laboratory, day and time, and make a reservation.
• The "Laboratory Use Request Form" (you can access it by clicking here) must be filled out and signed in accordance with the laboratory, day and time information for which a reservation is made .
• The original signed copy of the completed Laboratory Usage Request Form must be delivered to Mustafa Yunus AŞKIN, located in the laboratory building, office number AZ-13, within 12 hours after the appointment.
• Application results will be emailed to students within one week. Applications from students who submit applications on public holidays or without an appointment will be rejected without being evaluated.
• Students may begin using the General Purpose Laboratory after receiving approval from the Faculty Laboratory Coordinator. The General Purpose Laboratory cannot be used without the approval of the Coordinator.

NOTES:

Students who will work in the General Purpose Study Laboratory, whose application has been approved, are required to sign the attendance sheet prepared by the technical personnel responsible for the relevant laboratory at the beginning of each study session.
